    Lane Kiffin and Ed Orgeron are usually the vocal, in your face guys (so was Ken Norton when he was at SC). Monte was always standing around, would mention something to a GA who would usually come back with a beverage. I saw Monte talk to a player maybe twice.

    The joke comment was in regards to replacing the assistant strength coach. We seem to be in full scapegoat mode. I don't know, maybe he sucks but what does that move accomplish? Do the players even blink at something like that? No.
