    He told the dispatcher he was following him. Chasing him doesn't mean he caught the kid in a dead sprint. Quit watching COPS and broaden you idea of what it might look like for someone to follow and pursue another person to something other than just a footrace.

    I'm not sure that picture means anything. So he got his ass handed to him...... IMO the issue doesn't even come down to the fight itself. Chasing someone down against the advice of law enforcement and ultimately getting in a fight (one in which you get your ass kicked to boot) isn't a valid...

    I remember Martin's parents saying something about that when asked but I'm not sure that hasn't been since retracted or clarified or whatever. As for the witnesses, if they exist then there shouldn't be much contention about who's voice it is. I'm not sure they exist because it's still a point...
