    Who you got? Week 6

I said I'd give this team more credit when they beat a better defense, and I'm holding to that after the Cincy game. But in all honesty, I think the Bengals had one of those games where they just didn't show up. It happens in this league. Unless people really think their defense is worse than...

Ahead of schedule: Dak Prescott exceeding all expectations in stellar start to NFL

That seems to be the consensus, that he actually improved quite a bit in 2015 from the year before, but the team overall was so much worse from that #1 (for a few weeks) season in 2014 that nobody saw him. I have to admit that I don't think I saw any of MSU last year, when I saw them play...

Ahead of schedule: Dak Prescott exceeding all expectations in stellar start to NFL

Dak is just pretty special in his leadership qualities, work ethic, charisma, etc. I don't think that was really a deficiency in Tony, he just didn't have that as much as Dak. But Dak's leadership was known from college. What nobody knew was that he could throw the ball this accurately or...

This is who I'd give strong consideration if I was hiring the next Cowboys coach

After this start, Jerry is probably already drawing up Red's extension contract as we speak.

    The never-ending POTUS Election Tracker....

I probably won't vote because 1) they both suck and neither are worthy of a vote, and 2) in this state my lesser-of-two-evils choice will win anyway. If either of those two things were different, I'd vote. I've voted my whole life. But never have I see two worse candidates than this.

Do you mean what is the point of voting? Or what is my point? For me, there probably is no point in voting. I probably won't.

Day After Thoughts (day early)- Week Five

Oh, there's no doubt it's mostly to all Linehan anymore. Said it before, but all these bootlegs and misdirections would have been perfect for Tony, too, when he was younger. Parcells did it. But Garrett never did. But that's been true since 2014, I think. There's a reason Garrett never...

    The never-ending POTUS Election Tracker....

You can vote for him, but you're still going to have to live under the presidency of Trump or Hillary.

Day After Thoughts (day early)- Week Five

Still think it's about 95% Dak. The guy is a phenom. Those passes have incredible pinpoint accuracy. Combine that with his ability to move and it's a deadly combo. Funny how we're winning games without Romo, Dez, and Scandrick when the excuse crew last year said such a thing was absolutely...

    The never-ending POTUS Election Tracker....

Problem with Hoof's analogy is unfortunately we can't avoid the result by sitting out. We're all going to have to take a bite of this shit sandwich whether we vote or not.

    The never-ending POTUS Election Tracker....

The thing is, Dodger, I don't know if they will learn the hard way. I'm not sure we couldn't be like a Spain with horribly high unemployment and a terrible economy and the mainstream media (I hate that term, but I guess it fits), the schools, etc will tell them it was someone else's fault...

    The never-ending POTUS Election Tracker....

Our media feels like Pravda now. That would've sounded ridiculous not too many years ago, but in 2016 it's really the truth. I guess they feel Trump gives them an excuse to end the charade and openly campaign for one candidate over another. It would be bad enough if this were a one-off...

    The never-ending POTUS Election Tracker....

I'm no Trump fan but I kind of agree about the comments. The truth is, we know that if you recorded all private comments from enough years ago, no man would be eligible to run. We've all made locker room type comments that were never meant for public consumption. Imagine the things a tape...

    2016 NFL Week #5: Cincinnati Bengals (2-2) @ Dallas Cowboys (3-1)

I know. He was a QB last year and he was so bad they moved him to safety. Then they moved him back to QB and a lot of reports said the coaches thought he was ahead of Dak. Then we realize he can't play QB and move him back to safety. What in the hell are we doing?

    Who you got? Week 5

I dunno. Yesterday was like a Garrrett fourth quarter for nine innings. Actually it was mostly Hamels, who hasn't looked good his last several starts. The hope was maybe he wasn't 100% dialed in with the playoffs already sewn up, but now it looks like that was wishful thinking.

    Romo to the Jets?

That's been the defense's fault most of the time, though. Not his.
