    Free agency thoughts

Yep. We made a conscious decision to dump some veteran OL in order to start 3 rookies, one a 7th rounder and another a undrafted FA. Then we turn around a make a big push to try and sign Assomgosh. wth? If we're making business decisions on the OL then why try to sign the biggest star of...

If we went secondary at 14, which would you prefer?

    Definitely Kirkpatrick over Barron.

Dolphins don’t assume they will land Matt Flynn

That's what I'm hoping. It does make the most sense for Flynn to go to Miami. But obviously $$$ will likely be the deciding factor which could sway him to DC. If they miss out and stay put in the draft I think they'll miss out on RGIII. But they will probably trade up with Minny to get in...

Sources: Steelers prez wants old O

If it works, it's acceptable. And there's a huge difference between the culture in Pittsburgh compared to that of Dallas.

    Eli Manning is the luckiest...

It's a combination of luck and talent. He does have the ability to stand in the pocket and keep plays alive. Also has made quite a few clutch passes. But no doubt he's been bailed out numerous times by either the defender screwing up or the WR making circus grabs after he just tosses up a jump...

It does all start up front. That's the key to the Giants success and teams like Pittsburgh. Doesn't mean you ignore the secondary, but a dominant front 7 can solve alot of problems, as does a dominant OL.

    2012 NFL Draft Chatter...

Jenkins supposedly has a long history of incidents. Kirkpatrick may be given more leeway, but it still sends up a red flag. But I'd prefer we just go ahead and look at other positions in round one and then maybe a quality CB will fall to us in the 2nd/3rd round. Or if we address the position...

    2012 NFL Draft Chatter...

From MockDraft101: OG David DeCastro – Stanford Janoris Jenkins was previously mocked here, but sources close to MockDraft101, say that the Cowboys have taken Jenkins completely off their board. If this is case, and DeCastro is available, then look for Dallas to spend no more than 10 seconds...

Sturm: The Target of the Cowboys Offseason Plan

Only problem is that it's not a true emulation, just saying we're going to concentrate on defense with our same retard-in-chief doing the concentrating. And then I'm sure next year we'll be on to trying to fake model after the next latest craze.
