Bang for buck not close with Gurode, Costa

The only injury was to a guy who has a history of back trouble how is that planning in a year where you are going for it? That is the most important position on there o-line the QB's blind side and your claiming they really addressed the position by signing Harris? So lets look at Center, are...

Bang for buck not close with Gurode, Costa

Really this is your argument? So the fact that they chose to replace Jackson with a 6th rd pick is going for it and we are all doom and gloom because of Nagy. Lets just forget about the fact that they tried to protect there 100 million dollar QB's blind side with a guy who had back issues and...

Uh wrong Jamaal Jackson: Demotion ‘not tough at all’ Posted on August 30, 2011 by Geoff Mosher "On Monday night, Michael Vick’s historic contract announcement caused an abrupt shift in coverage plans, with the Vick story essentially kicking the main story about the offensive line into a...

Vick. $100 million man... again. 6 years.

All the things you mentioned as boom or bust for us is the same for them, they have even bigger questions at safety and LB than we do. Outside of CB what other positions on that team are better than us?

Philly will be starting 2 rookies one a 6th round pick and a veteran who has not started since 2009 should they be griping?

Vick. $100 million man... again. 6 years.

So how does that fix any of the weaknesses they had from last year, there O-line Lb's and safeties are all weaker, maybe those areas don't mean much to you. Remember we beat them 3 times and won the division in 2009, how did that work out last year.

Vick. $100 million man... again. 6 years.

Yeah signing a guy with back issues is really addressing the position. Letting your best safety go and relying on a second year guy coming off knee surgery and a rookie is really going for it. Philly will be starting 2 rookies on there offensive line one of them a 6th round choice and a guy...

Ellis: 'Boys Could Be Active On Waiver Wire

NE is hardly happy with there starting safeties or there backups ,Chung was playing deep into the 4th quarter against Detroit and Merriweather was benched last year. Why is Sanders a starter here if he gets cut by NE?

Archer: Nagy will be the starter against the Jets

Being pushed back is not always a negative Kosier gets pushed back plenty of times a game. I will have to rewatch but I did not ever see him get completely blown up, the point remains he has looked at least serviceable as an NFL guard which is a win for any draft choice at this time there careers.

    Broaddus on Vikes game

Ball has tackled very well this preseason he has been the most physical corner out there IMO.

Vick. $100 million man... again. 6 years.

How is failing to address protecting your franchise QB's blind side going for it? How is starting the season with a 4th round undersized middle LB LB going for it? They have as many or more question marks on there Oline than we do and there safety situation is just as shaky, if this was...

Archer: Nagy will be the starter against the Jets

The only thing negative I have seen from Nagy is getting pushed back on the initial bull rush, but even then he always keeps his feet and stays in front of his man. He looks an awful lot like Kosier who has similar issues at the point of attack. I have not seen him get beat on initial moves at...

Center Andre Gurode deserved better, Beware Jay Ratliff

Ratliff's performance has been horrible.? Does anybody actually watch the players perform of do they just look at the results of the plays. Ratliff was splitting double teams and getting penetration against the Vikings and plaid less than 20 snaps, he is playing as well as ever. But hey he is...

Archer: Nagy will be the starter against the Jets

If you actually watched the games what has Nagy done that has you so worried? Is it his strength? Has he blown assignments? Has he looked slow when pulling? Has he struggled in pass pro? Since you know he will be exposed tell me what his weaknesses are?

Archer: Nagy will be the starter against the Jets

Have you actually watched him play or is it fact that he was a 7th round pick that just throws you off so much? Nagy has looked very good, try actually watching him play before bitching so much.

The DL looks like the weakest unit

The D-line did not play that badly other than Olshansky nobody got blown of the ball, most of the big runs came from missed tackles or the LB's overrunning plays. I rewatched the game last night and kept a eye on Ratliff he can still stack a double team and get penetration this idea that he is...
