    That’s tough to say because coaches are talent evaluators too. Part of putting together a 53 man roster consists of scouting players and seeing their potential. I don’t think it’s a black and white issue.

    It’s like the whole team plays conservative. I liked Ryan’s first year where we brung the house but got burned because nobody could cover, but at least it looked cool. Whole team plays scared and as Jerry said, not fundamentally sound.

    Vs someone like Mike Tomlin who is working the refs the entire game. It’s looked at as a joke but it’s pretty important when your team is at the top in penalties and your opponent can go a whole game without one.
