    Does this picture fit the story that Martin was beating his head against the ground for over a minute? And what does it mean that nobody felt the injuries never needed bandaging?

    Nobody said welfare is hardly abused, there are real issues and IMO this testing does nothing to address them and just adds more waste. Take a look at who benefits from this additional testing and who are driving these new laws.

    Why do you think this a major reform? What about this law changes anything significantly about the welfare system? How many people do you think this will screen out?

    What stats are you using to say things are bad now? What percentage of drug users do you think are taking advantage of the system and how does this address the reall issues of the people who are clean and abusing the system. These seems to me to be a solution in search of a problem.
