    Jim Harbaugh, Pete Carroll, and Jeff Fisher. Coaching has a huge impact in football. Also, the Cardinals have been quietly drafting well for years. In fact, all four NFC West teams have been drafting well recently. Compare the Defensive Front 7 of those 4 teams to ours.

    The Defense can be fixed next year. The problem is Jerry and Jason aren't competent or aggressive enough to pull it off. A new coach with clout, could fix the D in one year. In my opinion, the defense only needs to be serviceable with Romo and this offense.
