    He was developed from UDFA/3rd stringer, into a top 10 starting QB by good coaching. He actually went 13-3 as a direct result of that good coaching, and he hasn't developed a single bit since 2007 because he's been coached by the bright orange version of Jim Zorn since then.

    Not big on Holmgren since I think he's old and washed out, but I cry a little each time I see Gruden's QB camp segment. I think Gruden could turn Romo (and this offense) into a consistent top 3 in the league, especially with Dez emerging now. Gingerfag has no idea how to use multiple talented...

    Coaching is so crucial in this league. I can't see us winning more than 8 games once again. Even when our team is better (or at least evenly matched), Garrett has gotten jizzed on by the opposing coach and has also shown zero ability to make in-game adjustments.

    I don't recall that defense being too stellar. I think Sparano's offense was great and the team was disciplined overall. The Pats still lit that D up. Wade is a brilliant DC, but he blows trying to juggle that with HC duties.

    I doubt Wade Philips can even spell the word "chess" and he managed to go 13-3 with that Parcells team. 2007 would have been a good year here with a better coach and OC.

    Most of the failures for #9 are solely on Garrett. He's one of the shittiest redzone playcallers in modern times. If Parcells stayed for '07 and '08, we'd have at least one more NFL title. Those teams could have been special with the right coaching.
