    recently we've seen a few companies re-privatize (I think Dell did) rather than be subject to imagination land economy. It will be interesting to see if that continues or becomes more popular.

    It's not a surprise that happened to Stockton (they filed years ago) It may come as a surprise to you that there are more cities in California than Stockton, however. Even more surprising to you may be that a city is a very different thing than a state.
