    well assuming they have video of him going UP the stairs to the roof top, you'd venture to guess they have him running DOWN the stairs to exit too maybe they don't have that and that's why they presume he jumped if that's even the real guy...where's the date and time stamp?

    It's especially odd when you also consider they arrested two other guys and claimed "we have the shooter", then after the fact released them. I also still haven't heard them say why they charged the first guy with obstruction.
