Speaking of Aubrey, apparently, The Jags have a kicker making them from 70+ now.

LOL, just exactly as I started to read your post, Broaddus is on Mazi's ass again, LOL.

The Rams commentators were talking about how Milton holds the ball too long and that leads to inaccuracy because he has to fire it in. My hope is that it's coachable. Someone needs to get on his ass in practice and scream, "Out, out, out. Get the ball out." But I worry Schotty is more worried...

So my question is how bad is Mazi for Broaddus to talk about him that way and he didn't even play? I heard him say 'Mazi isn't good enough".

Says a lot. To me, it says he is soft. When he was drafted, they talked about his strength and they showed him PULLING a huge amount of weight. To this day, I still do not understand what that pulling exercise has to do with playing DT.

It's hard for me to tell "progress" off the TV. But I'd like to see a couple players jump off the screen. Maybe see Mafah (who I wanted on the team to make a few nice power runs, etc.

Well, Bryan left me with the impression that he did. He even said Mazi is likely looking for a way out. He implied Mazi doesn't like football.

I know you're joking. But IMO, it is Jerry's Pollyanna attitude that prevents this team from having a real rebuild. rams did it. They look good now. They went for it. They won the SB. They blew it up. And they are back in the mix. I'm sure we will look much better with our true starters. I'm...

And Broaddus just said Mazi is not good enough. Apparently, Mazi did play (unless I am not understanding Broaddus' comments.

So Broaddus is saying that the DL were playing with their pad level too high. That's one reason I mentioned Lampkin's (for Rams) height. He had great tape. But GM's shied away because of his height. But he always wins the leverage game because of it.

We aren't winning the SB anyway. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! So unless you're into just winning games, what's the difference?

Didn't know he is considered a starter.

I'd tell Jerry to just stick with Grier. I've seen worse. We need our picks!

The Rams opened up holes with Lampkin at center, who was a guy that supposedly many teams had as undraftable because of his height.

And also that's the play that got Milton hurt, WTF. Here's a hint, Jerry. If the Pats don't want the guy, if the Niners don't want the guy, then chances are the guy isn't all that good. GMs don't "do a solid" for a player. They don't trade away good QBs for a song and a dance.

Just there, Milton held, held, held, then fired a fast ball.

    2025 Dallas Cowboys Offseason Tracker

Why is it that the deeper the Rams go into their depth chart, the better Milton looks? Oh well, if the kid can learn to get the ball out faster he has a shot. He certainly has more talent than Rush, but he has to control that arm and play like he has a weak arm so he gets it out faster instead...

    2025 Dallas Cowboys Offseason Tracker

At the midpoint of the season, I am using the traditional game 8. The Cowboys went 3-4 (they had a bye week). After week 9 they were 3-5 (loss to Atlanta). At that point, there was a mathematical shot at the first pick in the draft had Dallas continued to lose. They would have ended up 3-14...
