Wes Phillips is a Redskins coach...

Just surprising that he would jump ship from such a rising star like Garrett.

Wes Phillips is a Redskins coach...

You seem qualified. Do you have any meaningless self-appointed titles like Official Historian or Most Hated Cowboys Fan? Because that would probably do it.

    One of each

Under the assumption that Jerry is still the GM, Garrett is still the Head Coach. Pick one: *Assistant coach *Free Agent *Draft pick .....that you would add to this team this off-season. Be realistic and explain your choices.

DMN: Former Dallas Cowboys S Darren Woodson explains what made team most successful

What are you talking about? Players LOVE Jerry Jones and free agents always want to come here. As evidenced by the way Justin Durant, Will Allen, and Dante Rosario flocked here last season. Brian Waters couldn't wait to sign here last year either. Cream of the crop. Premiere free agent destination.

DMN: Former Dallas Cowboys S Darren Woodson explains what made team most successful

I've thought about that too. He seems like he'd light people up. The problem is the hours assistant coaches have to put in. I'm not sure Mike would be willing to do it.

DMN: Former Dallas Cowboys S Darren Woodson explains what made team most successful

Aikman has mentioned a few times that he would like to run a team. He also mentioned that he didn't think that was a possibility in Dallas because of Jerry.

Were the early 1990's Super Bowls worth it?

Would you be embarrassed if you were standing in this stadium aka shrine aka Tower Of Babylon? Yes, Jerry. Yes I would. More and more fans are losing interest and/or expecting us to find ways to lose. THAT is what Cowboys fans have to look forward to. THAT is Jerry's legacy.

DMN: Former Dallas Cowboys S Darren Woodson explains what made team most successful

If I magically bought the team today, I would hire Darren Woodson to be the GM. I'm not kidding. I think he will be great at the job. I would also fire Mickey Spagnolia immediately.

Were the early 1990's Super Bowls worth it?

No, no you're right. Most successful business owners keep failing the same way over and over again. All of those other owners fired and hired GM's for not getting the job done. Jerry will not win another Super Bowl if he continues to run the team the way he has.
