    I'll get more into this later but I believe Garrett could be a huge success with the right supportive staff. I think he needs veteran coaches who demand respect and can take over their area's with out much input from Garrett to allow him to focus on the basic of being a NFL head coach. I know...

    Wade Phillips is in the process of riding into the sunset of his coaching time in Dallas like a fat Cowboy on a lame horse. IMO they both need a bullet in the head and made into glue but Jerry simply does not want to pull the trigger. Well not now anyways. Not unless Stephen puts the bullets...
