    Ravens Terminate Rice's Contract

If he saw it and ignored it, then by all means throw the book at him. I kind of suspect he saw it, or maybe heard about how awful it really was, a couple of weeks ago when he suddenly said he'd gotten the decision wrong.

    Ravens Terminate Rice's Contract

As much as I can't stand Goodell, I'm sort of with mb on this one, although I admit I don't know anything about how the NFL investigation works. I mean, they aren't the cops. They can't subpoena people, or do anything they want. TMZ gets video because people know they'll pay tons of money for...

Some are even saying this could bring Goodell down. God let's hope so.

True. Or with our run defense, they might just hand it off to Foster every play. :cry

We will. They're starting Ryan Fitzpatrick. They're going to suck no matter who their defense has. I couldn't disagree more with those who claim they're going to be the big turnaround story this year.

Clearly Fisher intentionally put him and the rest of the team in position to fail.

Non-Cowboys... Damn. Rodgers and the Packers look like a well-oiled machine against my Rams.

    33 yard extra points

Yep, I bet that's part of the thinking. The NFL seems to be getting more and more like the NBA in marketing its stars over the game or the team, and of course the biggest stars are the QBs. I'm sure they don't like seeing their marquee QBs having terrible days.

Exactly. And maybe Arians' work in Indy wasn't a fluke.

I don't buy that it's absolutely impossible to win with Jerry, either. Still think a Gruden or someone with the right personality can manage to not piss off and alienate Jerry but still know WTF he's doing when it comes to coaching the team.

5 NFL Teams Already Out Of Contention For 2014 Season

No doubt about that. Somehow I just expect the worst to happen. Red Pecker has already had nine lives to be around this long, thanks mostly to Romo. Wouldn't be surprised if that continues. One wild card for me, what if we get a bad injury. For all the bitching about our injuries last year...

5 NFL Teams Already Out Of Contention For 2014 Season

Yeah, I'm sure that like always seems to happen, the schedule won't turn out to be what it looks like now. I have a feeling that San Fran and Seattle are due for a downturn and those teams won't be the juggernauts they have been. Plus I think this division is still going to suck. Totally down...

That is pretty dumb to lump us in with those wrecks, though. Mostly, none but maybe Buffalo has a QB.
