    Why would they not put him on IRDTR if they expect him to be out longer than 8 weeks? Makes no sense to waste the roster spot. Keep in mind it was Rappoport that started this nonsense.

    Well, for one, we threw a lot of short passes this last game. They have that. They also know without a doubt they don't have to roll safety help to Dez's side which makes gameplanning their secondary much easier and more enjoyable for the DC. It changes a ton in how they prepare. To say it...

    Wait until a defense has a week to gameplan for us not having Dez and see if it's an advantage for us or for them. Middle of a game is one thing. A week to prepare for it is entirely different.
