5 thoughts: Dallas must find way to get Dak Prescott, Dez Bryant on same page

I don't understand why Dez is getting so much hate. The fumble was bad, but receivers are solely dependent on good QB play and that surely didn't occur last night. Dak isn't a downfield throwing threat even when he's playing well.

5 thoughts: Dallas must find way to get Dak Prescott, Dez Bryant on same page

But in all seriousness did anyone else know that NFL players get injured? Cuz I didn't until last night. Enlightening shit. This is why we internet, folks.

    2016 NFL Week #14: Dallas Cowboys (11-1) @ New York Giants (8-4)

The ultimate bend but don't break defense. Unfortunately they're absolutely incapable of making big plays to win games. Still, impressive given that I thought they'd be bottom 5 at start of season.

It's almost like Romo did something extremely hypersexual to this dude's daughter and wife. Which is totally possible assuming they're somewhat attractive. Also, Romo broke some bones.

Hey guiz did you know that Romo broke some bones before? You heard it here first.

Grading the Cowboys: Why Dallas fans need to R-E-L-A-X

This is the umpteenth time that Garrett has lost the coaching battle. What makes it particularly special though is that Garrett lost it to a guy who possibly lives in his car and who was using a walkie talkie to communicate.

    2016 NFL Week #14: Dallas Cowboys (11-1) @ New York Giants (8-4)

Unless there's some more creativity on offense and Garrett magically learns how to coach, I think we've seen Dak's ceiling against above average defenses. That's not a knock on Dak at all. There's only so much a rookie can do and he's exceeded even that. Romo was able to improvise and get out of...

    2016 NFL Week #14: Dallas Cowboys (11-1) @ New York Giants (8-4)

The coaching for this team is still the reason that they'll never get over the top. All the Giants had to do tonight was double Dez and stack the box against Zeke. Witten and Beasley should have had 300 yards receiving. And what the fuck is the purpose of Escobar. I feel like the exact same...

    2016 NFL Week #14: Dallas Cowboys (11-1) @ New York Giants (8-4)

13 wins in a season and he's a top 5 all time rated passer. He gives the team a better chance to win in games like the one tonight. And if he breaks his back again then you're back to Dak anyway. It won't happen, but fans are in denial if they don't think this is how the playoffs will go with...

    2016 NFL Week #14: Dallas Cowboys (11-1) @ New York Giants (8-4)

They sure as hell wouldn't have ended almost every drive with a punt. I don't think we've seen the last of Romo in Dallas. Losing one game would be an overreaction but this team has been mediocre since Thanksgiving. The feel-good camaraderie in the locker room can't be holding too strong right now.

    2016 NFL Week #14: Dallas Cowboys (11-1) @ New York Giants (8-4)

This was a good preview of how the playoffs will go. The writing has been on the wall for 3 weeks now. This coaching staff is clearly unable to make adjustments that put the team in a better position to win. That's where a rookie QB will struggle. Dak is a great talent who's limited by the...

    2016 NFL Week #14: Dallas Cowboys (11-1) @ New York Giants (8-4)

Not sure how anyone without an agenda could watch that game and believe Romo wouldn't have won it. Dak has regressed each week since Pittsburgh. The book is out on how to beat this team now.

Dak is a "bus driver." According to Jerry

I doubt any of these new players give two shits about what Jerry says. Fans of the team are hypersensitive bc he ruined football for us for the last 20 years.

    Who you got? week 14

Cowboys. Also, if we lose, it's sure as fuck not because of that dumb NY Post article. Last I checked, athletes are allowed to go out. Michael Jordan got just as wasted as shitty players.

    Football Life on Troy Aikman

I said he had 3 INTs which is actually factual. INTs at any time aren't much help for an offense. Not something that should happen in a game that big. Aikman was an integral part of an already clicking team but he was never capable of carrying a team like Favre, Montana, Marino, etc.

    Football Life on Troy Aikman

Romo would have won that NFC championship game in '94. Aikman had 3 INTs and dug the team's grave. Aikman was a great bus driver, but he wasn't going to win games single-handedly like Romo did here for about 10 years.

    Football Life on Troy Aikman

Aikman was terrible apart from any of Jerry's doing towards the end. There's a reason that only shitty KC even sniffed him after Dallas cut him loose. And no it wasn't concussion history because nobody cared about those at the time.

Is this year a bust if we don't win it all?

Garrett didn't magically learn how to coach. I think most non-delusional fans realize that he will be exposed eventually. I believe we've had the easiest schedule in the league thus far, and Garrett is great at beating teams under .500. He won't have that luxury in the playoffs. The only...

Is this year a bust if we don't win it all?

Last night's game had a playoff feel to it. Tight game that came down to a few key possessions. In those situations, if our D doesn't break, Garrett sure as fuck will. I think Seattle can beat us for those reasons. I wouldn't expect to go further than the NFC championship. If we get to the...
