Miles Austin made his first NFL regular-season start on October 11, 2009, against the Kansas City Chiefs. He started as a replacement for injured Roy Williams. Austin caught 10 passes for 250 yards & 2 touchdowns, including a 60-yard game-winning touchdown in overtime to give the Cowboys a 26-20 victory.

He broke Bob Hayes' 1966 franchise record for single-game receiving yards (246 yards) & set an NFL record for receiving yards in a first career start.

The last time we won in Indy. Sean Lee game with two picks. We had two separate pick 6's on Manning and 4 total for the game.

Red Goober's initial time as HC where it looked like maybe we had a glimmer of hope after the way the team played under him after shitcanning Wade. Instead in turned into a decade run of mediocrity with only 3 playoff seasons and 2 playoff wins.
