Electric cars are just not for me, but I will say I have ridden in several Tesla's and drove one (my wife wants one) and they are awesome cars.

There are several stories similar to this one that I have seen where because his technology is so good, people that shouldn't be driving or completely home-ridden are now able to get around some. Whereas some seniors were completely dependent on family, friends or other rideshares to get them to necessary appointments (like doctors visits) they can now go on their own.
