Archer also confirmed that passrusher David Bailey was the only player other than Downs the Cowboys were interested in moving up for.

According to reports, Downs was the 4th highest rated player on their board.

Has enormous amount of physical ability and is a potential major weapon in the passing game. If he has "grown up" and ditched his previous lifestyle (which is why he wasn't drafted) he could be a steal.
