On the other hand, they (Iran) have shown over the years that they are both evil & incompetent enough that they could have easily have done this themselves either on purpose or by accident. Their kind also has an extensive history of using human shields to defend themselves against attacks. Then people need to remember they also slaughtered 10's of thousands of their own citizens in the recent months for simply hating their corrupt government and wanting change.

I can’t remember where I read or heard it, but I heard they’ve kept a lot of the people they slaughtered you mentioned in refrigerated housing and then they put those bodies in places like schools/hospitals to make it look like the US killed all these people in order to get a PR win
