Beat 'em worse the second time - with Bernie Kosar cleanup.

I was at that game, great seats about 20 rows up on the home team side, 40 yard line.

That was the most intense crowd I ever witnessed at Texas Stadium, everyone stood up the entire game and savored every minute of the beating we put on the Niners. As most here probably know, the Cowboy crowds had a reputation for being subdued and would chew people out who stood up and blocked their view..not this game, it was nonstop cheering from the moment Jerry Rice got a personal foul before the game even started until the final whistle

Pure Joy!

It was the living breathing culmination of Jimmy's program. We lose our QB1 and still severely kick your collective ass. Game outcome had zero doubt from the kickoff onward regardless.

I was lucky to be at several key/good games in the early to mid 90's. The 1st game I ever attended at Texas Stadium was the season ender v the Falcons in 1991. That crowd was sensational this day and 1000's stayed AFTER in the stadium just to confirm Emmitt was going to win his 1st rushing title.

I was at the 1992 regular season game v Philly. THAT was an electric atmosphere and for that weekend (maybe the whole week) every grocery store had reportedly taken Philly Cream Cheese OFF the shelves.

The 1993 regular season game against SF was amazing as well.

I attended a few clunkers too (unfortunately) but there were times when Texas Stadium got jacked and was a real football atmosphere.

Compare that to the 1 game I attended at the new stadium. It was like a library and nobody was even paying attention to the game. Most of the people in my section didnt know who we were playing or what the score even was.

The game was over at halftime, it's amazing how some people believe Bernie Kosar really had any impact on the outcome. (but that's the spin some put on it)

I still contend that had Aikman not got concussed we'd have hung half a hundred on them that day. We had the ball 5 times in the first half and drove for 4 easy TDs. The 5th possession we drove it inside the Niners 40 but punted on 4th down.

Most enjoyable game I attended was in 1991 when I was working in Lake Station Indiana and golly gee here come my Cowboys to play the Fudge Packers in the annual charity game at Milwaukee County Stadium.

My friend Brad and I showed up fully decked out in our Cowboys gear and had cheap seats in the nosebleed section above the end zone. Packer fans all around us jeered only a little. We had hot sexy women Pack fans in front of us and behind us and we were cutting up with them all during the game as rounds of beer flowed.

Special teams and takeaways by our D were the big difference in the game as Ray Horton scored on a 65 yard pick six and we won 20-17 in a game that despite the final score was never really competitive. Once the game was well in hand Brad stood up opening his DC letter jacket and yelling, "PACKER BACKERS MEET THE PACKER WHACKERS!!"

The ladies invited us to a nearby bar, the Green Bay Roadhouse in Kenosha, where a fine time was had by all.

Dooms, did this observation come up after a full bottle of Vodka or was it more like a case of beer? Or maybe both?

There are absolutely ZERO "hot sexy women" in Wisconsin. They spend 97% of their time in pastures.

There's a whole bunch of them. Back then - can't speak on how it is today. These were college city girls so don't know if any natives in the bunch.

Enjoy. Awesome 1st half of football by the Cowboys.

They scored TDs on 4 of 5 first half possessions. They were this <> close to having 5/5, Aikman put a ball maybe 1 or 2 inches too far for Harper on a deep one. Harper probably catches it if he lays out.

This team was so good.

Ha, this is a trip, I just noticed my 29 year old self at the 121:08 mark, wish there was a high resolution available, the still shot is blurry

I recognized the location because there was this odd section above the entry behind our seats that created a mini-box like seating situation and I always thought it would be cool to get those seats, you can see it here with its own rail, elevated above everyone and no one in front to block your view
