First and foremost, needs to be someone who can help generate negative plays again. This team gets virtually none. They also don't get off the field enough, too many opponent drives end in TDs or FGs

This would seem to mean 1 of 2 things. Either Guyton is being moved to RT or they have just given up on Guyton altogether.

Leonard is undoubtedly one of the hot names available. Cowboys COULD start trying to interview him today.

There is a connection between Leonard and Schottenheimer as fyi, Leonard played for the Jets and Rex Ryan when Schottenheimer was their OC.
