Yes, and he is defending it too. When I was a freshman in college, I went to be pretty famous science and engineering school, there were a bunch of Chinese exchange students in my class. This was in the early 1970s as the US was just opening up relations with China. It was clear they were hear to glean as much knowledge from US campuses as possible to take back to China develop their own universities. Nixon made an enormous mistake open up relations with China. We should have left them in the dark ages.

Their government needs to be removed.

As does the illegitimate government of Brazil.

The people in both those countries don't want their government and unfortunately can do nothing about it. They will also greatly destabilize all of South America over time the longer they stay in power. Both countries are also too friendly with China.
