Today, 43% of U.S. adults say the fact that sports betting is now legal in much of the country is a bad thing for society, up from 34% in 2022.

For me it taints the game of football. Any time something inexplicable happens - which happens it seems, multiple times every game - I can't help but suspect it's gambling behind it.
