Bragg's prosecution of Trump was so irregular, and unethical, not to mention unconstitutional it is not funny.
Bragg charged Trump with business fraud, but the statute of limitation on simple business fraud had expired. In order to be able to indict and prosecute Trump he elevated the business fraud charges by claiming Trump committed fraud to cover up another crime. That other crime? "I don't have to tell you that now", is what Bragg told the media. Bragg apparently has no idea there is a 6th amendment right for a defendant to know the specific crimes with which he is charged. And the most outrageous part of this prosecution is Bragg never mentioned any other charges until closing argument in the trial - and a judge permitted this! Then the judge told the jury, they didn't need to know the specific charges. All they had to do was conclude Trump broke some other law. How does a defendant defend himself if he doesn't know the crime he is accused of?
Then Bragg claimed Trump committed fraud when he paid Michael Cohen, or reimbursed him I should say, and classified the payments for accounting purposes as legal fees. I have no idea what Bragg thinks Trump should have done with these payments since Cohen was acting as Trump's attorney getting the NDA signed by Stormy Daniels. Bragg tried to insinuate the crime was election fraud somehow, but the judge refused to allow the former head of the FEC to testify that in no way was this payment subject to federal election limitations of laws.
And let's not forget the 34 counts were all individual payments to Cohen, so it was really 1 alleged crime, not really 34.
Each of the cases against Trump brought by democrats was similarly flawed and would never have been brought had it been anyone else but Trump. So now when Democrats are crying about politicizing the DOJ, why should we listen to their howling?

I am always cautious when these types of information releases are made because so much fake information is created and disseminated by both sides these days. In this case we are dealing not with actual emails but with information that was pieced together by Russian intelligence and supposedly discovered by Dutch intelligence.
What is needed is some kind of physical evidence corroborating the information that has been released. I imagine those involved did not keep emails or other documents detailing their plot. Hillary is an expert in destroying evidence, as she has done successfully going all the way back to WhiteWater.
But if the information that has been released can be proven to be true, there are people that need to be indicted for conspiracy and prosecuted. Hillary is one of them, but it sounds like there are many others.
And by the way, I have been saying for years the hack of the DNC was not Russians. This new information, if true, proves Crowdstrike made that up to help the DNC. If so, then we need to go back and look at the Seth Rich case again.
