zimmer probably popped a blood vessel trying to get somebody that knew his defense , so finally they signed kendricks while zim was huffing and puffing into a brown paper bag

they kept lewis which i would think means they are out on gilmore. that sucks because gilmore seemed to improve the locker room for the DB's in a good way.

so the defense is going with the plan of "coaching up" what they already have on the DL... i'm sure that will work stupendously

OL... ??????????????????????

this looks like a team that is mailing it in for this season

The team reporters talked about that (Lewis) yesterday but said they are still trying to resign Gilmore too.

based on what the cowboys are offering people, i think gilmore would make more money working at mcdonald's

Dak Prescott's accuser, Victoria, and her attorneys along with Dak Prescott's attorneys all spoke with WFAA on the ongoing sexual assault lawsuit. These are all of their extended interviews.

she sounds credible and it sounds like she believed she was raped but what I find odd is in her description of the rape, she never did said no or stop. Sounds like Dak was out partying and he made a move and when she didnt say stop, he kept going

If he's guilty and he did it, I hope she gets some justice.

It also seems out of character for Dak, I realize we dont really know him but there seems to be a tendency for men who respect their mothers to also respect women, not in all cases I know but I suspect it leaves heavily in that direction

With the looming legal troubles of Dak and his huge salary cap hit this feels more and more like we are heading toward a train wreck. How can you extend Dak with the legal issues looming? The way JJ runs the Cowboys is a head scratcher. I pray I am wrong….I want to be wrong. 28 years of disappointment is taking its toll.

Some of Michael Gallup's highlights pre ACL. These arnt even some of the best ones either.

Looked like a superb prospect as a rookie and in 2019 and 2020. Was never the same after the ACL though.

So long LVE. Another player who's career is over before it should be. Wasn't as good as Sean Lee when he wasnt injured, but he was damn good.

He and Jaylon were the shit for a brief period of time. We knew he had neck issues in college but drafted him anyway. Oh well.

Fans should realize by now that Jerry & Stephen have a “This player has been a model employee over the course of their contract, let’s reward them for past service,” mentality. In non-sports industries, this is a standard approach. In sports? Not so much.

This is why they don’t want to sign outside FA's for any real money, because they haven’t yet contributed to the financial success of this organization. It’s sort of ironic how a family that built their fortune on oil speculation has become so averse to using it in football,

Jerry is the king & Stephen was raised in money & is more mentally tuned to trying to preserve the fortune than the risk-taking that went into building it. When Jerry dies & Stephen takes over, many fans will realize, Jerry wasn't really that bad after all.

Dallas knew they were taking a chance with LVE having that neck issue since college. To be Frank, I'm surprised they gave him a 1yr extension in 2023. Thought they would have released him then. 20240315_180947.jpg

I haven't really kept up with the story. I'm interested to know if Dak can be suspended. I think the NFL modified its rules since Zeke missed games.

Has the NFL changed its policy to innocent until proven guilty in a court of law or are they still operating as if the person is guilty even though the person hasn't been found guilty of anything?

YIP. There are lots of head scratching draft picks, like Gregory, Jaylon Smith, Trystan Hill and more.

Apparently we are a good drafting team. Which begs the question of how bad the other teams are.

Back in the day, the Cowboys were the first to use computers to help them draft. I wonder if we still use computer programs to do predictive analysis that can weigh, for example, a million different variables and spit out scenarios. Or if it all comes down to Jerry's gut feeling based on what he's told.

We are all familiar with sites like Fanspeak for example. I would think that an NFL team has the money to make something far more sophisticated.
