There was absolutely zero reasonable doubt she killed the kids. Period. The only "doubt" the prosecutor tried to manufacture was about why. Why is irrelevant - nothing in any rules or instruction says the jury is required to charge-shop. To cherry pick between four different outcomes.

The only questions the guy was looking at were 1) did she manually strangle three kids. And 2) is that murder.

I think all who are rational understand him completely.

The jury had to decide if she was responsible for her actions or not able to distinguish right from wrong at the time she murdered her kids. That fact that she murdered her kids was stipulated to during the trial.

Until we hear from the lone holdout, I would not believe anything the other jurors are claiming about him. Clearly they were frustrated and angry he refused to give in. But he got it right, they got it wrong in my opinion.

The toxicology report showed Clancy had 6 drugs in her system when she was admitted to the hospital the night she killed her kids, only 1 of which was elevated. The toxicologist that testified said none of the drugs was a high enough concentration to cause death or suicidal tendencies. At the time of the murders Clancy was only prescribed 3 medications, one of which she was being weaned off of. I have no idea what the nurses had to say about her toxicology reports but whatever it was it was not supposed to be considered by ANY of the jurors since it is not in evidence. THEY were the ones guilty of improper deliberations. The lone holdout who ignored them did exactly what he was supposed to do as a juror.

Funny. I don't have to sit with that for a second, or at all. The long holdout was a man acting like a man interested in justice for the 3 babies. Whatever his color, or reasoning, I applaud him for being strong enough to stand up to the bullies.

And by the way, apparently there were others in the room who started out with a guilty verdict and changed their minds. I wonder if they were bullied into changing their verdict? I saw one white man who was clearly a moron who claimed he did change his mind. He looked exactly like you would expect of a simpleton who chose not to confront the mob and stand up for his convictions.

There is one interesting point made that no one is talking about, at least not enough. The judge sealed the names of the jurors, and forbade anyone from revealing their names. But somehow the media got the name of the lone holdout which means someone violated the judge's order. It had to be someone in the court, probably a juror that revealed his name. The way this is playing out, the court needs to step in and punish the leaker(s) for violating his order. Or do we just allow the left to do whatever they want without consequences? I suppose the answer is yes, since the left is condoning the murder of three babies.
