I don't remember exactly how it was explained but a couple months ago someone (I think John Solomon) spoke about how they'll be able to get around that by tying it to something else.

I don't know how they could do that but I know it was reported certain officials lied within that 5 years period. It was just a few months ago I think the time to indict Liz Cheney expired.

I would still like to to see a full report of all the laws that were broken but cannot be prosecuted because Biden's DOJ protected them.

Id make a huge wager in Vegas (if it was available) that it was intentional. You might convince me one was an issue but both? GTFO!
