Interestingly, the news is not covering the recent story that Sally Yates, who I have been saying for years is corrupt and a major player in this entire attempted coup plot against Trump, ordered the FBI to shut down the investigations into the corrupt Clinton foundation pay for play scheme involving Hillary Clinton when she was Secretary of State. The allegation was that state department employees were giving access to Hillary to large donors to the Clinton Foundation. FBI investigators thought they have enough evidence to indict and convict her but then they got an order from Yates to "shut it down" before the 2016 election.

Yates was the one who took down Michael Flynn with that bogus allegation that he could be compromised because he lied to Mike Pence that he never discussed sanctions with Segei Kislyac, the Russian Ambassador. The FBI had recorded a phone conversation between Flynn and Kislyac, then set up Flynn before threatening to jail his son if he didn't plead guilty to a crime he didn't commit.

I pay next to no federal income tax but constantly pay over $125K per year in property taxes

My property taxes are a combination of County taxes (13.32%),, School Taxes (61.99%) and municipal taxes (24.69%). I haven't had kids in the school systems in over 20 years.

Municipal taxes include cops, fire department, garbage collection, recycling, public works (snow plowing, street cleaning, etc.)

Texas Homestead exemption means you don't pay school or county. Big savings. Also Senior exemption applies.
