I believe this was a 2-1 decision so at least 1 judge on that court is another activist. But one of the two judges ruling in Trump's favor really slammed the lower court in a harshly worded opinion. This is what we need more of. Now the Supreme Court needs to grow a pair and start start putting these activist judges in their place.
