Google says the total square footage of these buildings are a little over 400,000 which puts the price per square foot at $7500 at a 3.1 billion price tag which as a Builder I have to say is absolutely insane. The price per foot should be much less given a building that size creates opportunities for volume discounts plus I would be able to obtain great pricing from subcontractors eager to secure a job of this size. I build phenomenal houses at 300 to $400 a foot and make money at that price
