Cassel's lack of arm strength is too much of a handicap.

Tell me which of these plays Weeden makes.

1) Witten deep crossing pattern.
2) Williams for 37 on the scissor routes.
3) Extending the play with his legs and hitting Williams on the toe-tap on drive to tie up.
4) TD pass to Street.

I'll save you some time. Weeden makes none of those plays.
