Then I see Giants DB chuck Terrance Williams in endzone with the ball in the air (granted, pass looked like a punt) but isn't the rule NO contact past 5 yds? The ball wasn't deflected and hadn't been caught by the Giants DB yet.

They claimed he stepped out, not sure he did. Of course they didn't show any replays of it but the Cowboys players thought he was still in bounds.
