Sleepers

In every NFL draft there will be so called "sleepers" and what I like to term "value players." And there IS a big difference. Sleepers may be smaller schools players or under-the-radar types from major schools who have a chance to have nice NFL careers either as starters or primo backup players who also contribute on special teams. Here's my list of both for the 2013 draft.
