I don't know if he would utilize him or not. Last season he forgot the screen pass section of the playbook. Maybe it was Romo, but the RBs was not used much in the passing game. All the short passes seems to go to Witten.
i think a lot of things were jacked long before this last season fell into place. if this is really a "growth" process looking only at last season is for us. not for reality.
garrett is a young coach trying to prove himself in a difficult situation. i don't analyze play by play but try to see a bigger picture. we've got a crap owner and a great coach. i don't buy into all the "disruptions" the media says jones does cause the only thing todays media gives a fuck about is hits.
so cater to the ones who will hit the most. be the most loud.
while those people have a point, it's usually a useless one.
we have to fix the OL. nothing else matters. changing names of the useless won't get the job done and i see us heading that way again. livings and beaxxxwhatever - a better dressed piece of shit.
if irvin played for this OL and team, he'd not be the irvin we know and love. at least not to me. neither would smith.
dunno on aikman cause that dude busted balls.
the entire game, to me, begins and ends at the OL and DL. you got the unsung hero there, even an ogletree can be a star.
if we don't put a legit focus on the OL in the draft, or what we can salvage from FA when all said and done, then we put our faith into an old D coach and a shitload of HC's who have settled into bit players.
i do feel this direction can work. i just feel this direction was an afterthought. not a goal.
