What is so difficult about flying?

I always hear that flying from coast to coast is a huge detriment to these guys and having flown alot, though not as much as an NFL player. I don't get it.

Most years I am against the 5th game. This really isnt one of them.

We need the extra work and now we get to open camp earlier. The other thing nobody talks about is with all the restrictions on the practices you CAN have in camp, the extra game is better work, especially with the transition of the defense to the 4-3 and (hopefully) a couple of new starting OL to break in on offense.
