I personally would much rather have Richardson than Floyd..however, if you draft Richardson, the only realistic option we have at the 1T is Ratliff...now all of a sudden we just drafted Richardson and Hatcher isnt starting..Hatcher is a better player IMO than Ratliff..so that doesnt make sense..

Floyd on the other hand provides immense position flexibility..now you have numerous different combinations that you can play with...

RIchardson doesnt allow us the same position flexibility..do I think Floyd is a better player than Richardson? no..I think the way our talent is comprised at the moment, Floyd makes much more sense for our team...

I don't think Richardson falls to our spot regardless. I wouldn't be suprised if he's the first DT (not NT) selected. Probably 8-13 range.

I need to see more of Floyd. Broaddus hypes him up, but what I've seen is him get overwhelmed at the point of attack in the one highlight video I watched. But I'm certainly no scout.

Also, Cooper in the 2nd is a pipe dream.

Huge difference between taking a G in the top 15, and taking a guard in the top 48. Not going to hijack your thread, but if you think either Cooper or Warford will be there when we go on the clock in the 2nd, you're wrong.

I hope you're right. And if so many underclassmen Tackles hadn't opted to go back to school, I'd be more prone to believe you. Ultimately though, I think Cooper goes end of round 1, and Warford goes top 5 in 2nd round. Barrett Jones might be there, unless some team projects him at tackle - which he's got experience at.

Back on topic... is Floyd a good value at 18?

Why not have Hatcher drop 25-30 lbs. and put him at LDE?

Personally, I'd rather go with Sylvester Williams in the 2nd.
