Was an assistant under Jimmy Johnson early at Oklahoma St. His background is as a WR/QB coach. He was an offensive coordinator after that at Ok St, and coached Barry Sanders

My guess is it might be for RB coach position, but this one seems really out there. Has no NFL experience at all.

I think Kiffin will end up a good hire, and if Marinelli is brougth on I know he is a good hire.
