Pool must have just been dreadful.

So did CHurch actually win the job outright or did he win it by default

I'm actually going to back off on my Church bashing since it appears the kid did go out and earn it. Too many times this team has just annointed starters (Alan Ball, Phil Costa, Bill Nagy) who had no business starting. Church has put together an amazing camp.

The Pool signing must have had Ryan's support. Its gotta sting a little when the guy you recommended fails miserably.

I'm certain that's what happened. He probably came in with an attitude being that he didn't even care to get in shape for training camp.

He runs at the combine but in games he cadillacs it. I've seen 6 foot 5, 250-pound tight ends run away from him too many times. Sensabaugh is only good when he's focused and he's good coming forward. Carr and Claiborne better be awesome because they won't be seeing a lot of deep coverage help.
