Speaking of our WR's breaking tackles, Dez needs to chill out with that trying to body slam the defender. lol

Hard to be a screen heavy team when the O-line is "old" and is not fast and cannot get out to the flat quick enough to block. This line is still a pounding line, or a pass blocking line. It just isn't clicking. Yes, they are old, but, protections need to be called out better and recognizing blitz and what the defense is doing falls on Gurode and Romo. If it all clicks. All is good.
The problem with the screens to Dez was the fact that he was covered by Hall. The guy will get burnt deep but he can cover, tackle and flat out make plays. It was Dez's job to shake Hall after the catch but he couldn't do it.

. Course, it was happening against the sorry ass deadskin player. SO that just made it even better. I think he was just excited, working hard to make a play. Quite frankly, the way he was is something that has been missing on this team for quite some time IMO. The hunger, anger, #88 was a perfect number to give this man. Because, the Bank 8 route he ran in the 4th qtr, catching the ball with a guy on his back brought back some great memories of another GREAT # 88.

Kosier can too.
Good point. Anything is better then trying a WR screen twice in a row.
And it weas shit like that, that killed drives. WE'RE A VERTICAL TEAM!
