What happens if we don't get Nicks, Grubbs, OR DeCastro?

What if we aren't able to land either Nicks or Grubbs because we hope to fill the guard spot in the draft, only to see DeCastro go right before we pick, a la Max Unger.

Are there other guards in the draft that you think we can take later in the draft and do well for us as rookies in 2012?

Glenn makes me nervous for a few reasons. 1 he's too heavy, 2 he's too tall (leverage), 3 he's a college tackle that projects to guard. I'd rather take a guy who's been playing guard the past few years already.

If not those two then Luke Nix comes to mind.

Glenn played guard before they moved him to LT, he was actually better there.
