Lots of people do stupid things. On my drive into work this morning, there was a guy in the left lane going slower than the right lane traffic. He was yacking on his cell phone.

It had nothing to do with the cost of tea in China. Or on politics. It was just a random stupid act.

That's a moronic quote.

When you have the ability to vote for a candidate based on his values and beliefs rather than the party line in which he represents. Than you are able to have a rational discussion about politics.

Thats exactly what I do.

And thats why I didnt vote for Obama. I dont believe in Socialism, I dont like big government. I dont like them involved in everything. I dont like higher taxes. I dont like our gas prices or our continued dependence on foreign oil when there are answers here. ETC ETC ETC

Honestly I didnt like McCain in 2008, but if I were a Democrat or a person who considered themself "in the middle" he would have been a far more logical choice than Obama. McCain is more of a "democrat" than Obama is.

That is a fair point and I didn't vote for Obama either, but I have voted for a Democrat for president before.

I am going to take a wild guess and say that you have not

You'd be correct.

I have voted Republican for President in each election since I began voting in 1984. I havent loved every candidate they trotted out (especially people like McCain and Romney) and was highly disappointed in GWB in the end.

Isnt that hard to understand why though and had nothing to do with one being a "R" and the other being a "D"

I just agreed philosophically more with who the R's trotted out there rather than the D's

There have been some D's I liked, just not their Presidential candidates. All of them fell too far to the left for me.

I respect your points. Just one quick question. I voted for him the first time, but tell me you thought GWB was a good president

I am going to have to make a good impression in my new home and agree with Jiggy, putting on your front page a moronic black teacher telling white students that they could be arrested for saying the same things about Obama that she says about Bush and Romney is race baiting. Whether race is mentioned or not, it is blood in the water. And making such a non story have a prominent place on the website for no reason makes me think it is race baiting. Just inteligently, because the purpose is never mentioned.

It's a photo of the teacher that said it. How is it race baiting to use their own fucking photo for Christsake?

. A black teacher telling white kids that they can't say the same things about a black president that she says about white presidents is a story that definitely has racial overtones, it can't even be understood outside of a racial to context. Only willful ignorance would explain a person not seeing that. At the same time this is just one of 1,000 of examples of teachers getting out talked and frustrated by their students. Dozens of times I was able to personally back my teachers into retarded positions as they tried to hold their ground and not be out talked by a student. To take this complete non story, blow it up, and given front page treatment is pure raided baiting.

I am not saying that the teacher is right, she is clearly retarded and wrong (so are many many teachers), but to pretend like this is news is race baiting because it is a racial story, whether they chose to acknowledge that or they choose ignorance.

Defending Glenn Beck, Savage and Rush up next.

I'll defend you should someone call you a racist for posting an actual photo of the person that said something. And I normally think only of you in the abstract.

That woman's photo should be put on a wall so folks can point and laugh. If she were white black yellow or polkadotted I'd say the same thing.

It's a story... about a teacher that is an idiot and she happens to be black, so we should all ignore it... because it would be racist to not point out all the 1000's of other stories where this happens a day with idiot teachers that are other colors.

Only "The Blaze" posts photos of people apparently.

I mean I get it. I just think it's horse shit.

I don't read the "blaze" much, frankly I had never heard of it before this thread. Do they often have stories of teacher incompetence featured?
