Basically Shefter said nothing was going to change after today. That both sides had already prepared appeals if they are ruled against and that it would be another 30-60 days after this before the appeals court ruled. Said it was highly unlikely any ruling would come today anyway, and that todays hearing might not be ruled on for a week to two weeks.
