I think the thing I most agree with that Nate said is you need a real defense no matter how much clock you run. But we all know defense doesnt sell jerseys.

Seems like every little tweak sidelines a player these days. It was probably too extreme back in Jimmys day and it seems to be too extreme in the opposite direction in todays NFL

What also gets me is that these people that are the first to tell you what a "bad fan" you are for not drinking the kool-aide after 20 years of this bullshit are the same ones who turn right around and trash talk people like Jimmy Johnson or Emmitt Smith like they sucked. It is bass-ackwards. Are they so self unaware that they do not see the tremendous hypocrisy? Do they not realize they are defending the people holding us back while demonizing those who produced our greatest heights as a team? Or maybe just some of them need to get punched in the face a few times.

I've thought the same thing about shrapnel and because he was in the military, I've never given him a hard time but his recent belligerent nonsense got on my last nerve. Hopefully he wasnt in charge of anyone, can you imagine having to endure him as a drill sergeant?
When I read transcripts of jeri, I get the same level of tired head I do when I try to comprehend CCBoy's writing. I've never seen such tedious, pompous writing anywhere.

This right here. It is the shit can in the military, and they burn it for sanitation. CCBoy was put in charge of it round the clock during his enlistment. All the guys gave him figurative shit about it, and it wounded him deeply. He figures it must be the worst of insults since he never got over it, so he uses it now on others.
