I drafted him in the 6th round in my mock.

Clearly I got a better value than you did.

Well I drafted Janoris Jenkins in the 7th round in my last mock. Bestest value ever.

you dont get "value" for anybody when they cant play because they are banned for smoking weed again

he wont be on the Cowbos draft board IMO, and will be left off alot of teams' boards because of all his issues

I think that whatever they do regarding the draft that some points have to be looked at and addressed for the next season... some key things

1. if you are going to keep the 3-4 then you need to get the Biggest DT you can find to clog up the middle
for years and years the cowboys have been having a mixed up front line... consisting of Two DT on the outside and One DE on the inside... Spears isn't anything but a glorified D tackle ... Through Parcells 3-4, Wade's 3-4 and now Ryan's 3-4 one thing has been consistant and that is that Spears can not get to the Qb... and that Ratliff can... while Spears can't get past one OL Ratliff is constantly breaking through double teams.... why in the world haven't they made a change to this.... In the Off Season they had a chance to get Rogers... and be able to clog the middle and let Ratliff run free on the end... but they never did it... -- So yes... they need to finally get that Big Huge Run Stopping Middle guy so they can finally let Ratlliff run free.

2. While Houston changed one year from a 4-3 to a 3-4 Antonio Smith had 6.5 sacks.. J.J. Watt had 5.5 sacks... while the combo of Coleman,Spears and Hatcher combined for only 6.5 sacks... Seriously ??? The cowboys have to get a Sack master DE in here to get some pressure to help the LB's on the outside... No wonder why Spencer can't get any sacks... the DE's on his side of the ball are getting 2.0 sacks a year ???

3. Which brings me to the LB's... We need someone to replace Spencer.. although no DE's are getting pressure on his side of the ball the 6.0 sacks he gets aren't good enough when you have doubles on the other side on Ware and he is getting 20... you should at least be above 10 every year.. Time is up for him and Time to get someone new over there... I don't care if the guy is 6'1 or 6'5" but he has to have speed... because he has to be able to stay with the TE and be able to quickly beat a OL off his feet... enough of the Dream Land Potential they see in Spencer... bring in another LB NOW

4.. Bradie and Brooking have to go... it reminds me of another famous BB... Boo Boo... it's over for them... they can't do what it takes to make plays anymore.... if you are in Ryan's defense then the Opponent needs to fear the Middle LB's... knowing if we run we are going to be Quickly stopped... and if we don't watch out those guys will quickly get up the middle on our QB... Well the 2010-2011 Cowboys have shown that you have nothing to worry about with the Middle LB in Bradie and Brooking.... I hope Carter and Lee can remind us of the good ole days of Coakley and Nyugen... because that is what they need... two fast LB's shutting down Screens Left and right.... I remember when teams would try a screen and the LB's would just already be there like they were waiting for a Bus to arrive... having a sandwich... Not anymore... Not only do B and B not recognize the plays they can't get there in time and when they do get there I haven't seen a Piggy Back ride like that since I used to give them to my kids....

5. The Corners... We all know Newman has got to go... But who replaces him ?? Well I have to admire what Seattle did in the draft.... They have one Corner that is 6'4 and one that is 6'3"... I haven't seen anything like that since Lester hayes and Mike Haynes in Oakland Fame... Well that's what the Cowboys need.... They say that a Good Secondary is made from a Good pass Rush... Well I disagree... I beleive a good pash rush is made from good Corner play... Corners that can JAM and stay with the WR for at least 4 seconds... it's hard to do all those Crossing routes when you are Jammed to death at the Line.... By then ... all those Just missed Sacks the cowboys always have will become Sacks... Of Course you aren't going to get sacks when the CB is playing 10 yds off and then when the play starts he keeps a 10yd space ... 1,2,3 throw... 1,2,3 throw... you will never Sack Eli like that.... I know there is some good small corners in the draft.... DON'T DRAFT THEM.... draft and bring in at least 2 6'2" corners to Jam WR's...

6. The Safeties..... Cowboys have Safeties with the skills to tackle... but they are just glorified LB's... they can't cover .... can't play the ball in the Air... Are you aware that the Top 2 Safeties in the Game are only 5'10 Polumalu and 5'11 Ed Reed.... They don't need 6'2 safeties.... they need small fast Safeties who can play the ball and fast enough to run with a WR and fast enough to sweep them low for the tackle.... They need area specialist who are able to read and react on a play fast.... smart.... Not some 6'3 guy who can't get there in time....

That's my draft outlook... Huge DT, Pass rush DE, Fast Rush Outside LB, Faster Inside LB's no matter the size.. 6'2 and Up corners to Jam and run.. and Fast small Safeties to make plays....

Look... These things I am saying don't take the greatest of Talent... it takes Speed and for the corners Size... if the corners get beat... the Fast small Safeties will be there...

This is a Defensive alignment that will make the Ryan Defense really work...

Who was the 3-4 DE and how many sacks did they get, when old ass Greg Elliss netted 11 sacks that one season, while playi9ng opposite of Ware? Now I agree that we need a sackmaster DE, and to me, Calais Campbell fits the bill, but that still would not help Spencer. It's not like Spencer is ever facing double-teams like Ware, because he definitely is not. So it really would not make a difference if we did get a sack master DE in because Spencer will still be Spencer.

This is ignorant. If a CB is good, then their size should be irrelevant. Mike Jenkins is not 6'2. Hell, I doubt if he is even 6'. 5'10 I think. And I would LOVE to have another Mike Jenkins---that could stay healthy. What top 2 CBs in the league are 6'2?

Interesting you would say this, in that the Seahawks, whom you mentioned earlier, have a top 5 FS in Kam Chancellor, that is 6'3.

If you have a better plan lay it out there or quit being a nitpicking douchebag. Thanks.

He changed your name from Clutch to Bitch. Then he changed the number from 88 to 69. Amazingly sick burn. We understand if you want to stay off the boards for a while.
