Harris has underwhelmed. I don't see much from him, other than he's reliable at fielding punts, even in traffic.

I don't know what you're expecting from a punt returner, but Harris has done a nice job so far. He had one tonight that i thought he should have fair caught instead of risking a fumble as the guy was right in front of him to clobber him as soon as he caught it, but he's averaged like 10 plus yards per return.
