To Head Coach of the Dallas Cowboys?

Seems like a leap. I know all (horrible) things are possible with Jerry but I think we need a more proven commodity to fix this mess.

What kind of proven guys are available? Not many

Gus is definitely a leap. But he's a bright young mind, IMO.

Pass vs. Run Balance of Gus Malzahn's offense. He likes no huddle, but that doesn't mean wide open pass happy. He likes spread offenses but he still runs quite a bit. He doesn't seem to have definitive 1 powerback offenses but he seems to be able to make the most of the talent he has. He uses trick plays and whatever is necessary to win (as opposed to just running the same old plays without any urgency to will the team to win by design).

He's an upgrade to Jason in scheme.
