We would have way more of those if they could hold up long enough.

You know how when Romo drops back and is standing completely still and has a beautiful unobsctructed pocket ? And when that happens your vag gets moist because you know we got a real shot at a big play?

That should happen much more often than it does

What if we got a game where the Oline protects as well as it does last night, our receivers aren't retarded parapalegics and we can run the ball for a gaudy 3 ypc?

I'd suspect we're unstoppable.

Either that, or he just refuses to do it and is just as delusional as Jones is about some of these guys.

Either way, its an issue.
If I was the coach, it would take exactly once for me to take Felix off of kick returns after he caught it nine yards deep and took it out. Fire me Jerry, I don't care. He's not returning kicks anymore if he does that.

Felix did that exact thing 2-3 times last night... and that's AFTER his fumble in Seattle.

I dont know if its a one game anomaly or not, but there was very little wrong with the pass protection last night. It wasnt perfect, but it was far better than the previous two games. The Bears do a great job of pressuring QB's and came in at the top of the league in sacks, and they didnt get many hits on Romo.

They did what was asked of them. And we scored -4 points.

We need to be able to open up the Offense more if we want to score more than 13 ppg

Garrett knows he has it too good here, so he's not just going to be insubordinate and ruin it. Fuck, his whole family is somehow employed with the organization now. How's John supposed to feed his kids if Felix get benched?!!!

Jimmy had NO problem retiring to the Keys and fishing all day, so he bounced the moment Jerry got out of control. Same with Parcells. "Wanna push 'The Player' on me? Well eff you I'm out, son."

What makes you think he wasn't told specifically to return the kick regardless at that point?

Felix is mediocre for sure, but the blocking on returns (punt and kick off) is bad too.

He has nearly 11,000 posts, but it seems that he finally lost his virginity with this one.

Welcome to the dark side, dbair.

Babe mentioned last. Isn't that he assumed they told him to go try and make something happen because of the score.

The fun thing with this board is that all of us jump around between excited and dissapointed and go from 0-10 and back to 0 very fast.

We are like wwf wrestlers turning face and back to heel constantly.

Except for that miserable bastard bbgun. Pretty sure he would like to see the sun turned off permanently so he would stop having to deal with the bright happy light it emits.

I heart the theebs/bbgun feud.

Well I can't rule out that possibility. But if that's what was told to Felix, whoever told him that should be fired on the spot. I literally don't remember Felix ever having a kick return more than maybe 40 yards in the NFL.... counting whatever yards he ran it out of the end zone.

He did return a KO for a TD his rookie year against Philly, but that doesn't mean anything now.

Didn't he bring back one against Cincinnati?

Again, means zero now.
