Brent Celek (questionable, cheesecake)

Eagles tight end Brent Celek was mysteriously absent from Eagles practice Wednesday morning, with no one really knowing the reason why.
It turned out to be for the most awesome reason possible: bad cheesecake.
Celek said that he ate cherry cheesecake after it sat in his car for five hours, according to Jordan Ranaan of Comcast Philadelphia. The tight end returned to practice in the evening.
It took 18 hours, but I've finally learned something new today: Eating hot, old cheesecake is not a good idea.
